Charlotte Internal Medicine Associates is the office of Dr. George Koppuzha. We have 3 office staff members who are happy to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.

We are located in Port Charlotte, FL by Bayfront Health Port Charlotte. Thursday afternoons we do commute to our satellite location in Englewood, FL so we may see our expansive clientele.

Dr. George Koppuzha

Dr. George Koppuzha is a primary care provider who specializes and is board certified in internal medicine. Having completed his training in New York and New Jersey before relocating to the Sunshine State, he has now been a prominent provider in Southwest Florida since 1998.

Dr. Koppuzha has hospital affiliations with Bayfront Health Port Charlotte as well as Fawcett Memorial Hospital.

He can treat adult patients for any condition ranging from the common cold to chronic diseases, excluding pain management. New patients are welcome so please proceed to our Contact Page to discuss scheduling an appointment.
